EU Projects

The ECG analytics partner for European research consortia.

Cardiolyse joins EU-funded research and innovation projects as the partner for ECG analytics, biomarkers and clinical validation — bringing a CE Class IIa platform that can take project results into real care.

Platform ready to exploit results

A defined work package, delivered by a certified platform.

Consortia need a partner who can own the ECG part of the work and turn it into something that lasts beyond the project.

ECG analytics work package
Automated analysis of resting, Holter and wearable ECG from 1 to 12 leads, with up to 300 parameters per recording.
Biomarkers and risk scores
ECG- and HRV-derived biomarkers for disease progression and treatment response, including independently validated scores.
Clinical validation
Validation study design and analysis, including sex-stratified evaluation of ECG markers.
Device and data integration
A documented ECG API to connect project devices, apps and data platforms to the analytics.
Regulated and secure
CE Class IIa medical device software, ISO 13485 quality management, ISO 27001-aligned security and GDPR-aligned data handling.
Exploitation route
An existing product and customer base, so project results have a direct route to deployment after the grant.
We also bring partners to the consortium.
ECG device manufacturers
We can bring our device partners into the consortium, so the project has ECG hardware already connected to Cardiolyse analytics.
Key opinion leaders in cardiology
We can involve key opinion leaders in cardiology from top European organisations, to support clinical design, validation and dissemination.

Topics we want to address in 2027.

We are looking for consortia and coordinators working on these Horizon Europe Health topics, and are ready to contribute a defined ECG work package.

Portable and versatile point-of-care diagnostics
Certified ECG analytics behind portable and point-of-care devices, from proof of concept to clinical validation.
Development of predictive biomarkers of disease progression and treatment response by using AI methodologies for chronic non-communicable diseases
ECG- and HRV-derived biomarkers with sex-stratified validation for chronic non-communicable diseases.
Innovative healthcare interventions for non-communicable diseases
ECG monitoring and analytics as digital read-outs inside a cardiovascular or chronic-disease intervention study.
Personalised approaches to reduce risks from adverse drug reactions due to administration of multiple medications
ECG-based cardiac safety analytics, such as QT and rhythm monitoring, for polypharmacy decision support.
Virtual Human Twins for clinical decision support
ECG-derived features and validation for the cardiac module of a virtual human twin.

Match

We check the topic, the use case and where ECG analytics adds value to the project.

Define

We agree a clear role and work package with the coordinator: tasks, deliverables and resources.

Write

We contribute the ECG, validation and exploitation parts of the proposal.

Deliver

After funding, we run the work package on our certified platform and report to the consortium.

EU projects, answered.

Do you coordinate projects?

We usually join as a partner with a defined ECG analytics, validation or integration work package, working with a coordinator who leads the consortium.

Which programmes do you work with?

Horizon Europe, Eurostars and national innovation programmes. Past projects include CRANE (H2020), AnyECG (Eurostars), Business Finland funded projects, EIT Health projects and many more.

Which 2027 topics are you interested in?

Point-of-care diagnostics, AI-based predictive biomarkers, interventions for non-communicable diseases, adverse drug reactions from multiple medications, and Virtual Human Twins.

Can you bring other partners to the consortium?

Yes. We can bring our ECG device partners and key opinion leaders in cardiology from top European organisations into the consortium.

What do you need from a coordinator?

The call topic, the project concept and the role you see for ECG. We reply with a proposed work package.

How do we get in touch?

Write to info@cardiolyse.com or book a call.
